ICFE is in the application process to become a member of
the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, a program offered
by the National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy (NASBA) to recognize program sponsors who
provide continuing professional education (CPE) programs
in accordance with nationally recognized standards. (www.nasba.org).
The names of approved CPE program sponsors are published
in a listing distributed throughout the country via the
internet and in printed format.
State boards of accountancy and their licensees can
refer to this listing to identify and select CPE program
sponsors.
As part of the application process the ICFE needs three
CPA's to review and comment on the ICFE's three
certification curriculums:
ICFE Certified Credit Report Reviewer
ICFE Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist
ICFE Certified Credit Score Manager
If you are a CPA, practicing or not, and would be
willing to help the ICFE by becoming a reviewer of one
or more of the certifications listed
