The Maze of Hidden Money for Divorcing Spouses: One CE Webinar

Webinar leader/instructor Peggy Tracy, MBA, CFP®, CDFA®, CFE, having extensive training on fraud criminology of divorcing spouses and having recovered millions of dollars for law firm's clients who have been victimized by thieving spouses, has made it her personal goal to educate attorneys, financial planners, accountants, insurance planners, and anyone else who might be able to spot fraudulent criminal activity involving a divorcing spouse's finances.

The Maze of Hidden Money for Divorcing Spouses (12:00 pm EST) has been accepted for one hour of continuing education class for ACFPE certificate holders, Certified Financial Planners (CFP), Registered Financial Consultants(RFC), Personal Financial Planners (PFP), Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU - PACE), Chartered Financial Consultants (ChFC), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF- PACE). CFP Sponsor ID: 2943, FHM, 1.0 credit hour.

This class is also accredited for CLE as participatory credit through Sponsor Global Information Research & Retrieval, LLC, SearchitRight.com for one hour in particular states including CA and NC.

Finding Hidden Money: Financial Fraud and Divorce Dissipation - This Webinar focuses on the specialty area of divorce financial planning and uncovering hidden or missing money while going through the process of divorce. Marital fraud is occurring right now in the portfolios of many financial planning clients and for many law firm client's who are going through messy divorces. This course will give the Advisor/Attorney/Counselor more information regarding such topics as criminology and fraud detection and prevention. There is a specific kind of fraud that can occur between spouses called Dissipation. This course will explain the warning signs of suspicious activity as well as rules regarding evidence gathering.
